Calendar Request

1. Submitting a Request does not guarantee that the facility is available or that your event is automatically scheduled. The Parish reserves the right to determine whether or not an event will be scheduled. Facilities are not available for private parties or rental. **Click here for Facilities Usage Policies

2. A Courtesy Copy of Your Calendar Request will be E-mailed to you for your records upon submitting the form.

3. A Follow-up Confirmation E-mail will be sent to you from the Parish Office to confirm whether or not your event is able to scheduled.
