“Critical Issues” Around Which We Operate

1. Facilitate broader participation of our members in outreach and care ministries, providing the means and vehicles for people and families to help others when they can be creating a central source of resources to help people access ministries.

2. Regularly provide information to parishoners about parish groups and organizations that provide outreach and care.

3. Build relationships with other churches and organizations by sharing outreach and care resources.

4. Review new outreach and care opportunities as they are presented and recommend appropriate response.

5. Promote Catholic Social Teaching at Ascension in order to understand our social responsibilities and to frame our actions.
