Responsibilities

-Make recommendations to pastoral staff.

-Identify outreach and care needs, opportunities, and challenges in outreach and care ministries.

-Suggest vision and strategies to respond appropriately to the identified needs.

-Assist committees with implementation of their plans, where possible.

-Examine how the work of commission and committee flows from and remains true to the parish vision and mission statements and Catholic Social Teaching.
