Lent reminds us that Christ shares in our suffering.  Certainly the Sex Abuse Crisis that has rocked the Church over the last 20 years has been a cause of great suffering.  This Lent, Ascension will be using this time of prayer and fasting to reflect on the crisis along with Bishop Robert Barron and his book, Letter to a Suffering Church.

Our weekly E-news will include a short video reflection from Bishop Barron based on one of the chapters from his book.  You can pick up a copy of the book in the Narthex, and if you receive our weekly E-news via Flocknote, you'll receive those videos each week.
